Air
Amplifiers are
actually energy “converters”
that convert the pressure from
compressed air into useful and
amplified air flow creating
a simple, inexpensive means
to move air, fumes, and light
materials. Hence the original
term “air movers”.
Air
Amplifiers use the “coanda
effect” to entrain the
surrounding air and create a
high output flow. Because
the energy normally lost as
noise and pressure drop is converted
to flow, the noise levels drop
dramatically and the output
flow is increased up to 25 times
the air consumed.

They provide a compact and
efficient means to dry, clean
and cool materials.
Air
knives operate by entraining
the surrounding air along
with the compressed air utilizing
the “coanda” effect
essentially converting energy
which would normally be lost
as noise and pressure drop
into useful flow. No
matter what anyone tells you,
all air
knives using the coanda
effect are essentially the
same in performance with negligible
differences. However,
how they are made is what
is very important to make
sure you get value for your
money.

The X-Steam™ Air
Bladeair
knife is normally the
best choice due to very low
noise levels and it
uses less air than a standard
air blade air
knife at the same pressure.
However the standard unit
is lower in cost and has a
slightly higher force at the
same pressure. Either version
may be mounted end to end
for longer lengths of
continuous flow.
The
new X-stream™ Curved
Air
Bladeair
knife is easy to mount
and maintain and reduces both
compressed air consumption
and noise levels. It’s
curved design produces an
expanding, powerful blast
of air in a fan shape to blow
off wide areas and can minimize
air use using longer air
knives.
Nex
Flow™ removes
the confusion from air
jets and air
nozzles. You do
NOT need hundreds of different
nozzles. All air amplifying
nozzles produce air flows
up to 25 times the compressed
air consumed. Different
nozzles have different outlet
sizes and the more air used,
the greater the force produced.
Noise reduction up t0 10 dBA
is typicall as well as reduced
air consumption when compared
to open jets and tubes.
Air
jets entrain large volumes
of surrounding air through
the jet (similar to air
amplifiers) and are more
efficient than air
nozzles. They cover
a larger blow-off target than
a nozzle.

Flow™ stainless
steel
Vortex Tube uses a metal
(brass) generator as a standard
item rather than cheap plastic
for longer life and for applications
in high temperature environments.
(competitors would charge
extra for that feature.) With
virtually no moving parts,
a vortex
tube takes compressed
air and converts it to cold
air at one end and hot air
at the other. Temperature
as low as minus 50 degrees
F (minus 460 C) can be achieved
at the cold end and up to
260 degrees F (127 degrees
C) at the hot end Vortex

two basic sizes and in several
packaged versions:
complete with a swivel base

Reversible Drum Angel
(2-way reversible drum
pump) is a system to
fill or empty a drum in
under 90 seconds. It
is perfect for coolant
sumps, general cleanup,
and spill recovery.
X-Stream hand vac is a blow-off
gun, and vacuum gun, and a
transfer system in one package. It
is used for vacuuming, the
transfer of small parts, and
cleanup up of chips, sawdust,
coolant, etc. This low
cost unit is an ideal package
for maintenance.
Spray Booth Dry Air Gun: is
a hand held air amplification
system c/w screen to prevent
dirt from being blown onto
the spray booth wall to speed
the cooling and drying of
paint.
